Small groups (two to five people) please inquire about rates:
Depending upon availability and the season, we are happy to "shrink" the house down to include only the main floor and loft bedrooms -- this creates a living space with 2 bedrooms each with a full bath, and an additional loft bedroom above the kitchen with full bath below.
 
Large groups (12+ people)  Additional sleeping space is available in our yurt! It's a 740 sq. foot heated space, wood floor with an outdoor composting toilet/latrine nearby. There are beds/futons to sleep an additional 4 people, additional air mattresses are available. Limit 6 people. Curious? Reservation Details

Deposit: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is needed. Final payment and tax are due upon arrival.

Tax: Montana 7% bed tas is additional

Inquire about our multi-week or monthly discounted rates!

Five night minimum. Shorter stays may be possible depending on the time of year and availability. Increased rates will appy. Please inquire!

Cancellations: Any cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made less than 60 days will have their deposit at risk, refundable only for dates which are re-booked.
 
Payments: We accept all major credit cards, checks, or cash.

Pets: Please inquire, prior approval is required.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only please.
